Yemekler ALLAH affetsin berbat ötesi , mesai ücretleri ay sonu verilmiyor , sürekli personel eksikliği var , misafirler genelde hayatında ilk deda tatile çıkan kişiler, şefler ve müdürler keyiflerine göre karar veriyor , maaşlar ortalamaya göre düşük, izin almak neredeyse imkansız , patenli garson olarak , patenlerimiz bize zimmetli ancak ne bakımı için malzeme veriyorlar , ne dışarı çıkartabiliyoruz ne de izinli günümüzde içeriye alet edevatla içeriye alınmıyoruz
